There are several ways you can help support our cause:

Donate

Most importantly, you can donate.  Hearts and Tails graciously accepts donations that benefit the animals we work with.  We are 100% volunteer-staffed and we depend solely on the generosity of people like you.  Your donations are greatly appreciated and will provide valuable resources to positively impact animal’s lives.

Volunteer

Our partners in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Puerto Rico are always ready and willing to accept shelter assistance when offered.  Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help determine what you can do to lend a paw.

FOSTER

There is always a demand for more fosters in the New England area, particularly those who have the experience and patience to work with dogs who are acclimating to home environments.  Hearts and Tails provides everything needed to welcome one of our dogs into your home (food, leash, harness, and bed), and we cover any necessary veterinary expenses.  If you are interested in fostering to save a dog’s life, please fill out our foster application and one of our volunteers will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.
